I met my September goals on the last day - 1200 minutes and 12 DVD workouts. A couple of big days of yard work helped a lot. They added many minutes. And, they made me stiff and sore so that yoga and qi gong DVDs seemed like the perfect thing.
I'm setting my October goals the same - 1200 minutes and 12 DVD workouts. I'm mildly annoyed with myself that I keep doing the same 15-minute qi gong routine over and over, 6 times last month. But even that is more variety than I was getting without the goal to include DVD workouts.
