Ingredients:

  • Rice flour- 1 cup
  • besan flour- 1\2 cup
  • butter- 1 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • coarsely powdered pepper- 1\2 tsp
  • hing powder- 2 tsp
  • salt- to taste
  • water- as needed
  • oil- to deep fry

1.Gather all ingredients.In a mixing bowl add ingredients from rice flour to salt and mix well.

2.Slowly add water and make a soft dough.

3.Fill the presser with the dough.Use the ribbon pakoda achu /metal for it.

4.Press the filled dough over the hot oil and fry well.
