Ingredients:
- Rice flour- 1 cup
- besan flour- 1\2 cup
- butter- 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
- coarsely powdered pepper- 1\2 tsp
- hing powder- 2 tsp
- salt- to taste
- water- as needed
- oil- to deep fry
1.Gather all ingredients.In a mixing bowl add ingredients from rice flour to salt and mix well.
2.Slowly add water and make a soft dough.
3.Fill the presser with the dough.Use the ribbon pakoda achu /metal for it.
4.Press the filled dough over the hot oil and fry well.
5.When fried well on both sides ,drain it into kitchen tissue.
Serve as snack for chai / tea.
