Riaz Fatyana, the Pakistan Muslim League-Q MNA from Kamalia, on Tuesday announced to quit his party and he is expected to contest elections as an Independent candidate.
While addressing to a press-conference here in Islamabad today, Riaz Fatyana said that he decided to leave PML-Q after the advice of his mates and is now considering to context as independent candidate in the next general elections, expected to be held in mid of May.
He said that he had told Deputy Prime Minister and PML-Q leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi of his resentment but he didn’t paid attention over it.
Fatyana said his house was attacked and bogus cases were made against him but no one from the PML-Q supported him after which he decided to quit the party.
