Monday-Tuesday, in A Nous Paris, Jerome Berger reviewed and gave 3/5 dots to the previously-mentioned Zebulon Palais-Royal in the 1st.
Tuesday in Le Fooding, Gilles Dupuis wrote up the Italian La Dispensa in the 10th
Wednesday in Figaroscope, in Emmanuel Rubin’s Hache Menu he reviewed the previously mentioned Heimat in the 2nd.  In his C’est Nouveau, he reviewed and gave 3 hearts to the newest Etchebest place – La Cantine du Troquet Daguerre, 89, rue Daguerre in the 14th, 01.43.20.20.09 (no reservations), closed Saturday lunch and Sundays, where for 30-40 E one can have such items as bulots & coques, basque xistoria sausage and floating “iceberg.”  In addition he gave 4 other restaurants 2/5 hearts – the newest Café Pouchkine, 155, rue St-Germain in the 6th, 09.67.28.58.44, open 7/7, where for 20 & 25 E formulas (breakfast 15 or 19, pastries 8 & 12, diabolic carte 60-70 E) one can have borscht with duck, Russian raviolis and a complicated sounding tart; XVII Sur Vin, 99, rue Jouffroy-d’Abbans in the 17th, 01.42.27.26.16, closed Saturday lunch and Sundays, where for 50 E one can have crab and sucrine, chicken breast and a crepes Suzette; the aforementioned Siseng in the 10th; and the Japanese Ito Chan in the 9th.
In that Figaroscope, Alice Bosio, Colette Monsat and Hugo de Saint-Phalle reviewed the latest seafood places, listing:

Sunday, in the JDD version femina Francois Lemarie reviewed the previously mentioned Bronco in the 10th and Aurelie Chaigneau mentioned three places already covered here – Zebulon (7.5), La Petite Table (6) and Dix-Huit (8).
