So when I was offered to review Aveda's Invati Hair Thickening Shampoo, Conditioner and Revitalizer, I wanted to try them out. Aveda's vision is connecting beauty, environment and well being. Therefore they only use green ingredients in their products and avoid certain types of processing.
Although I don't experience hair loss now, I have fine hair and had my fair share of hair loss during my pregnancies.
The Invati Collection claims to use the power of Densiplex: an invigorating blend of Ayurvedic herbs, including turmeric and ginseng.
The shampoo is runnier than some other shampoos I used in the past so I was a bit suspicious at first. But it works nicely. It has a beautiful smell which is not overwhelming.
Normally I don't use conditioners as I have always felt that they leave my hair greasy. But this one did not do that which is a bonus point.
The revitalizer needs to be applied twice a day. Most of the time I did use it twice but there were days that I totally forgot about it.
Before
I have been using these products for about 6 weeks now and I am quite happy with the results. I definitely feel the invigorating effect and my hair looks shinier, thicker and fuller. I would highly recommend the Aveda Invati products. They are not cheap, however I think they are worth trying especially if you are suffering from hair loss.
