Few things to consider before reading the review:
1. It has nothing to do with the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’. 2. Yes this review is just 5656 days (or 488,693,006 seconds to be precise) late. Sorry for that, but as good news it didn't catch up much of the public view. So I guess that most of you haven’t heard about it or haven’t watched (I hope). 3. Please don’t attempt to make a blue box; you may be taken into custody. (Thank God, if you don’t what it is. It isn't blue too.)4. Please read the first point again. Pirates of the Caribbean Silicon Valley is a story of two geniuses and their crazy adventures in the valley of Silicon and discloses their secrets in making of the world’s tech-giants. It shows their journey from being an asshole (Not my words.) to an even bigger one. It begins with a modestly, with Apple’s 1984 commercial but as the journey progresses it turns into somewhat nail-biting experience seeing the battle between the billion dollar companies (you would come to know later). It shares some stories from the life of the man who was the richest man of the world for almost a decade and about the world’s greatest CEO.Do you love cool gadgets? Imagine the cool gadgets of 1960s...Not cool? Nah, they were. The blue box shown in the film was a device from which you could call any continent, country for free. It was cool but illegal (cool things tend to be that). The special deal is that on one day when the crazy inventors of blue box were going somewhere with a van full of it. Unfortunately the cops caught them in midway, when they checked the van they found weird shaped telephones which even weren't blue they let them go. Also it shares some sights of Mr. Gates driving a bulldozer and destroying his dear friend’s car (intentionally). After watching this movie you surely find out that Steve and Bill were human – (Steve is seen in cut-offs and a t-shirt asking his loan officer if he was gay). It also shows the rivalry between the companies and the controversy that the MS DOS was a copied version of Apple’s Operating system.I wouldn't share any further facts or cliff-hangers. To know more surely watch it. “Good artists create...Great artists steal”Rating: 8/10
