For some reason, I couldn't help overhearing them.
"You don't care about me anymore, do you?" She said.
"Why do you say so? I will say it again and will be saying for the rest of my life. I won't leave you for anything." He replied by holding her hands and looking into her eyes.
She scoffed out loud, "Don't you try to make me melt with your flattering words. You've done this three times now. Why do you continue doing this?"
He looked sullen and replied " I kept waiting for you for a thousand years."
Tears started to come in his eyes and he continued " I have loved you and will continue to do so. How could you leave me?"
The lady smiled at him and held his hand, "Little brother, I know that this is a harsh time for you. You lost your wife on this day. I know you went insane, but still, I am your sister and I understand. I love you too, little brother. I'll protect you. "
The emotions were always real. It just had a difference sense to them. I got to know them later, they really have faced a lot.
