Revlon, a brand that I trust, once again didn’t fail my expectation. I have bought a Revlon Super Lustrous Pink Pout Lipstick and I love how it color me pink and pretty. You can read my review here. So, will the Revlon ColorBurst Peach Lipstick give me the same satisfaction?
ColorBurst in Peach
Peach is one of my favorite color. I call it the color with no color. That mere fact adds up to why I love Revlon ColorBurst Peach Lipstick. It is so natural like you are only wearing your skin. It looks so fresh and dainty when worn. With its color burst in Revlon lipstick, it can’t go any better. The extra moisture added on the lipstick made the lipstick looks extra ordinary. It looks neutral yet classy. Even if you have to dab layer over layer, it doesn’t look like you overdo it. Literally, it is bursting with color and I just so love it. It doesn’t dry the lips and it doesn’t leave it chappy after a while.
Pros and Cons
If you’re like me who love neutral makeup, you will surely love Revlon ColorBurst Peach Lipstick. You will look like a well-polished doll without them suspecting if you have put on some colors. It is not pigmented and almost look like you are not wearing anything save for a little shine. Just a little shine. The downside is, it doesn’t stay long on your lips. You have to retouch if you want to have it on for the entire day. It is not also good to be worn on night occasions, you would appear so nude and pale when mixed with highly pigmented dollies.
It has a tight case that snaps easily and a very secure cover to keep it in place. I love how the name Revlon was carefully carved in its stick. I bought it at SR 42 ( USD 11 ), a very good deal I guess. What’s good with Revlon Lipsticks, it is available in almost all beauty stands and in variety of colors.
