We were recently contacted by House of Fraser to take part in their Picnic in Summer campaign, where they very generously gave us the opportunity to review some clothes for Abbie from their website, already being a big fan of them and only looking at their site a week or so before, I was looking forward to picking some outfits for Abbie! She's at the perfect age now where she can wear proper 'big girl' clothes, with it being Summer, I really wanted to choose colours that were going to be bright and well, summery!
Outfit 1 So the first item I chose were these absolutely adorable Pumpkin Patch broiderie shorts, Abbie only had one pair of shorts and considering how hot it's been getting, it was about time she had some more! I think what drew me to these were the little crochet flowers and also the fact they were adjustable! Abbie is 22 months old and is still in 12-18 month clothing, she only has a little belly so everything falls off her if we go any bigger! These were still loose on her but the hidden adjustment on the inside was perfect, no more running after her to pull her shorts up all day! :) Currently on offer for only £6.99! :) Next I chose this pretty Yellow Broidore Top, again it looked super summery but also girly, the little peter pan style collar is adorable and flowery buttons to match just add that super pretty touch! It's a little big for Abbie still so will get plenty of wear for the rest of the summer! Here she is running around the fields with her gorgeous little outfit and matching Little Miss Sunshine high tops! :)Outfit 2 The first item we chose were these gorgeous Polarn O Pyret yellow jeans! I think these were actually the first item I picked out, Abbie looks so cute in yellow and these were so cute I couldn't resist! More of a mustard yellow this time rather than sun yellow, they really give that little vintage style to their outfit (not that she knows) but I do! :). Again, this were also adjustable on the waist so we could make them the perfect fit, although they were a little long, that's down to Abbie being a bit little in height as opposed to bad sizing! But we rolled them up and they still looked just as adorable as before! The second item for this outfit was this adorable Pumpkin Patch denim tie up shirt, I was looking for a top like this for her for so long and had already added it to my basket on the house of fraser website, it literally goes with everything, shorts, jeans, skirts and can be layered up too with a tshirt underneath or a little cardigan over the top! Now on offer to £5.99! Visit the house of fraser website now for more adorable clothes for your little ones, as well as for yourself, your home and the rest of the family! x
