Return Email Address Link

You must have wondered when some Customer Contact Centre or the IT/Admin Helpdesk of the company asked for the feedback regarding the services and they show something like below:-
                 I Like this Post!                                         I Don’t Like this Post!
When you click on any of these links a new Mail message opens up with the Mail Id of the Customer Care/Help desk written in subject line as I like or I dislike. It is called as Return Email Address Link attachment. Here is the procedure to get this working:-
A. Type on Your Outlook the Comment you wish to connect Hyper link with and  would be written as subject of the returning mail and right click on it and select hyper link.

B. In the Hyperlink window select Email address and put in the Email id of the recipient and the Subject and press OK tab.

Now you are ready for feedback session from the users whom you send the mail. Try using it and add distinct flavor to your Email correspondence.
