It seams a smart move since HTC Windows Phone 8X are a singlet option for those looking for more premium devices that carry Microsoft's latest mobile platform. On single hand this could be 8X compensated to a lower tier and made to battle with Lumia 820. Now, that requires aggressive MRP and dipper profit margins, which is not exactly idea for a company that hasn't yet came up with best of its times.
