Low-fat organic kefir!
Recipe: For 2 big smoothies
Ingredients:
500 ml (2 cups) low-fat kefir
45 gr (1/2 cup) gluten-free medium-sized oats
1 +1/2 large ripe frozen banana
1 teaspoon home-made vanilla extract
Method:
- Place all of your ingredients into your beloved Vitamix container or blender. Place fitted lid & tamper in. Blend onto full high-speed until it is fully mixed.
