Refeshing Breakfast Icy Smoothy & Happy Easter!

This morning, I invented & made this glorious Refreshing breakfast icy smoothy! It is very pink, easy to make & so delicious & good for you too!

A good for you filling pink smoothy!

Now, let’s see what I put in it!

Recipe: For 1 big pink smoothy

Ingredients:

350 ml low-fat kefir

1 big peeled frozen banana

1/4 cup gluten-free oat bran

10 fresh big juicy strawberries, cleaned & hulled, each cut into 2

if needed: if you add 1 tablespoon, it is a bit sweeter ( I added this)

Method:

Place all your ingredients in this order into your Vitamix or blender & put tamper & fitted lid on. Blend onto full power & high-speed until fully blended. This took me 30 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients into the running blades. Taste. You must taste the strawberries, kefir & banana. It is superb. Pour into a lovely smoothy glass, sip & enjoy!
