I noticed a lot of scuba fabric skirts and dresses in small shops and boutiques. At first I was divided and skeptical about purchasing clothing made of scuba material. I tentatively purchased this blue peplum hem skirt and when I styled it I really loved the look and the volume of the skirt so I bought this very full skirt. As with almost everything in my wardrobe, I tailored it to fit and I've been enjoying the volume. This is the second time I'm styling it on the blog. This time I'm doing it with a red lace top ( get similar here ) and black heels.
