INGREDIENTS
500 gr of the pumpkin flesh 4 cups of sugar Half a teaspoon of salt Half a teaspoon of the ginger powder 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon 1 tablespoon of the flour 2 eggs 1 cup of the milk powder 2 tablespoons of water Vanillin A base of pastry
WHAT TO DO
Cook the pumpkin cut into cubes. Put them in a pan and add a bit of water (it must not be too wet) Put the pulp of the pumpkin in a bowl with sugar, salt, the ginger, the cinnamon and the flour.
