Recipe: Sinigang Na Hipon Sa Miso

Ingredients:

500g shrimps
.20g yellow miso paste (I used Dizon’s)
4 pcs of over-ripe tomatoes, quartered
4 pcs of finger chili (siling pangsigang)
1 red onion, quartered
2 bunches of kangkong
1 white raddish, sliced
2L water
1 pack of Knorr Sinigang Mix
Patis to taste

Procedure:

-In a medium size pot, mix miso paste in water. Add onion, tomato, radish, siling haba and cook until tender.
-Add the shrimps and kangkong. Season with patis and let simmer for 5 minutes.
-After 5 minutes, turn off the heat so the shrimps and kangkong won’t get over-cooked.
-Serve hot. đŸ”Ľ
