Recipe | Simple Nutella Brownies
I couldn't go on holiday and not post a recipe for you all! Especially seeing as these were so bloody delicious! I wanted to use up the rest of the Nutella before I ended up eating it straight out the jar again... As always this is a pretty simple recipe, cheap and can get the little ones involved too! I'm no baker by any means, i'm learning as I go but it really is becoming a bit of a passion now!
Without further ado, here is everything you need to know;
Recipe | Simple Nutella Brownies 125g Plain Flour 125ml Light Muscovado Sugar 125g Unsalted Butter 300g Nutella 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract Icing Sugar (optional for topping)

1. Preheat oven to 170degrees C & line a baking dish with parchment paper 2. Pop your butter in a microwavable dish and melt in microwave (should take about 50 seconds) and leave to one side 3. In one bowl, sift in your flour and add your salt 4. In a separate bowl add the sugar and 2 eggs, mix together 5. Now add your vanilla extract and Nutella and combine until smooth 6. Add half the flour mixture and fold together, then add half the melted butter 7. Add the rest of the flour, mix again & add the rest of butter 8. Pour your batter into your dish and spread evenly  9. Cook in the oven for 25-35 minutes (depending on your oven) Check at the 25 minute mark by inserting a knife into the centre, if it comes out with only a few crumbs on, it is ready! You want it to be a little underdone, just to get that gooey fudgey centre! Leave to cool for about 2 hours (I know, it's bloody hard when it smells so good!) Lightly dust with icing sugar Serve as it is on pop in the microwave for 40 seconds, add a dollop of ice cream and an extra drizzle of Nutella!
