Reasons Why You Get Fat

1. Binge eating.

This mostly happens at night when everyone is asleep and you’re feeling hungry. You know it is when you sneak out to the kitchen to grab food and eat alone, that’s binge eating. 

The real thing about this you can’t fight your thoughts which leads you to craving. When you crave for something you mistaken it for hunger. 

What I really do: I smoke one stick of cigarette, drink warm water and sleep but of course that’s not good either.

What you should do: Eat enough on the right meal time. Don’t think too much on diet (‘coz that’s stupid if you’re gonna binge eat later). If you feel that you want something try convincing yourself to eat that first thing in the morning. And also stop browsing the internet you’ll just see pictures of food posted everywhere.

2. Eating out at a fast food

Or even not. Even fancy restaurants can make you fat with the food dressing and whip creams while fast food contain loads of oil per serving. Well we can’t avoid situations like hanging out with friends then forgetting about diet because the night was fun and food are just sited right in front of you. We all say “Diet will resume tomorrow.”

What I really do: I eat a lot that night and walk home to have time to digest what I took in but that’s not good ‘coz it will only keep you up late.

What you should do: Eat a heavy meal. Avoid any type of sauce and rice. You’d get full immediately and wouldn’t feel that you’d want to eat more. Dink water only if you’re done eating. Then finally stand up and sit away from the food buffet when you’re done eating (go hang out at the garden where you won’t smell or see food.)

3. Drinking alcohol beverages

Although it’s really fun to spend time with friends this makes you grow beer belly. Plus drinking sessions always comes with pick-me-up foods which at the same time aren’t healthy either. You could probably drink 3-4 times a year during special events (means occasionally) just so you can avoid to be tagged as kill joy.

What I really do: Be there late so everyone is drunk already and order probably one to two bottles and wont finish the second bottle then make it sit there until the night ends.

What you should do: Order one glass of vodka because the effects are there but lesser calories. Then that’s it.

4. Sleeping all day

I know you’re wondering why. But just so you know that sleeping late and sleeping overtime ruins your metabolism. Also sleeping too long makes you feel sluggish when you wake up then after you’d feel hungry for missing out on the scheduled meals. And because you’ve consumed time sleeping no activities can be done for the left time (means you have no physical activities).

What I really do: If I stay up late, I would still wake up early. Go on and do the normal routine and even some minor exercises then sleep early the following night.

What you should do: Break the habit! Don’t stay up late. If its necessary then do the same thing I did. Don’t over sleep. Eight hours is more than enough.
