Celebration Time

As stated in earlier report , Madrid fielded an entirely different side in second half with both Kaka and Di Maria coming on along with Higuain and Illarramendi.Ronaldo went on to score twice as Real waltzed to an easy victory against the newly-promoted Championship side.  He led the charge for Real with two first-half goals, one a 30-yard trademark free kick, to make sure there was no happy ending for home team in this fixture on the south coast. It mattered little for the 12,000 or so home fans who had rolled in from the beach with their suntans and £60-a-go tickets. Real Madrid started with both ozil and isco along with modric and khedira.. It was more of a 4-3-3 than 4-2-3-1 as isco was playing a bit deeper in midfield and ozil on the right.

Starting team formation of both teams

When the players emerged the ground was a sea of cameraphones. Bournemouth had one advantage: Real only began training on Monday and this was the first game under Carlo Ancelotti's management, Bournemouth have been back for weeks and recently returned from a tour of Switzerland. That helped them match Real for the opening 20 minutes as the Spanish giants sought their stride with Brett Pitman going close to chipping the Cherries into the lead. However, Ronaldo had already sent a free-kick fizzing just over and had a backheeled shot saved by Darryl Flahavan. The keeper kept a clean sheet and was on the winning side the last time he faced Ronaldo – in Southend United's 2006 League Cup victory over Manchester United. This was to be a more chastening experience. The biggest cheer of the night came in the first few minutes when Bournemouth's right-back, Simon Francis, halted Ronaldo's first run. But there was precious little for Ronaldo detractors to revel in after that.In the first 15 minutes he almost scored with one backheel and with another put in Karim Benzema for a good chance, well saved by the Bournemouth keeper, Darryl Flahavan. On five minutes a Ronaldo free-kick cleared the bar by inches but 15 minutes later, from 30 yards out, he curled the ball around the wall for the first goal. After 21 minutes Modric was brought down 30 yards out and Ronaldo whipped the free-kick inside the far post.
Karim Benzema was then given two chances in quick succession but the Frenchman was denied well by Bournemouth Player of the Year Tommy Elphick.Mohamed Coulibaly brought Diego Lopez into action for the first time with a low shot in response but Real stepped up a gear scoring three times in five minutes either side of the breakReal Madrid's new signing Isco flipped the ball forward. Bournemouth's club captain, Tommy Elphick, made a hash of the clearance and Ronaldo pounced, easily rounding the keeper.

Two minutes later, it was 3-0, as Khedira was allowed time and space to connect with an Isco corner, as Cherries midfielder Shaun MacDonald failing to clear the Germany international's effort off the goalline, giving Madrid a deserved 3-0 lead at halftime. After halftime, entire team of Real Madrid has been changed, with higuain, kaka, di maria and illaarramendi coming on the pitch.. Ronaldo and many other first-teamers were rested for the second half, though Kaká was a reasonable replacement. Goals from Gonzalo Higuaín, Angel di María and Casemiro completed the rout.Higuain smashed home Madrid's fourth a minute after the restart. New signing Asier Illarramendi threaded the Argentine through on goal and Higuain made no mistake from eight yards.

On 68 minutes, it was the turn of another Argentine talent to imprint himself on the match, as Di Maria fired himself onto the scoresheet. Cutting in from the right flank, the 25-year-old beat two men before placing the ball in the bottom corner with his left foot, leaving Flahavan no chance.Casemiro strode powerfully into the box on 83 minutes, thrashing the ball home at the near post after wrongfooting Flahavan, to complete the  rout.
