I had a 2 hour commute last night and a bit of an allergy issue so I passed out super early last night. I did wake up at the crack of dawn this morning with enough time to check out the newest bunch of Real Housewives...
Real Housewives of Dallas
Okay, I didn't love Potomac and bagged that one after 2 episodes. Dallas has potential but more on a trainwreck/crazy scale than anything else. Of course the amount of Botox being used on the faces of these Dallas women is right on par with our Beverly Hills friends. I couldn't tell if LeeAnne had crazy eyes as part of her normal face or as a Botox side affect. Considering she's the one with the least amount of money, I'd say her resting face includes the crazy eyes. LeeAnne does a ton of charity work but has no actual money to donate to any of the charities she works for. She lives with her cop boyfriend, Rich, has no kids and doesn't cook. Next up...Brandi REDmond the RED headed ex-Dallas Cowboys cheerleader who may or may not have a drinking problem. I think SHE thinks that if you call what's in your glass "Jesus Juice" it's not a problem. Brandi has two of the most unattractive kids I've ever seen on TV. Brandi's BFF is Stephanie who lives at the Four Seasons Golf Course. She has 2 horrible unruly sons who throw poop in the pool and pee in their pants for fun. Stephanie's husband leaves her a list of chores for her to do each day and then pays her once she does them. WTF? Tiffany just moved back to Dallas from LA with her Keith Urban wannabee BF. He's trying to make it in the music world and things aren't going well. Cary works with her husband, the plastic surgeon. No word on them yet. Marie's the least attractive of the bunch. She and her husband Angel held this weeks "No Tie" Charity event in their very large home. No real take on them yet, either. There's definitely a lot more shout outs to the lord among the Dallas housewives and charity work seems to be a big deal for all of them. I gave this one a Season Pass for now, the upcoming scenes look decent enough to stick with it at least until NJ's back.THE OTHER STUFF
-The Matt LeBlanc show, Episodes should have probably ended last season, but it's coming back for a 5th and final season in 2017. Matt and the Brits get 7 episodes to finish this one off for good. Matt's already working on Top Gear so he won't have to dip back into the Friends money just yet.
-MAD TV originally aired on FOX when it was on from 1995-2009. Now, the CW is bringing it back for 8 episodes. Not sure when it will air. Some pretty funny people worked on MAD TV. Artie Lange, Josh Meyers & Key & Peele and a bunch more. No idea if any of these guys will be back with the show. More to come on this one.
