2. Workout - Set up a workout routine targeting different muscle groups !
3. Keep up with Cardio . Go for a 30 -45 minute run 4/5 days a week
4. Motivation - Find what motivates you ! Does working out with a friend push you harder ? Reading fitness magazines such as Self or Shape ?

5. Keep a daily journal ! Write down what you eat , when you worked out , and go back and track your results .
