I was running a bit behind on my exercise, but I caught up this weekend. It helped that I decided Zumba on the Wii was appropriate to fit the theme of Bloggiesta and that we shoveled snow yesterday. I need to average just over 45 minutes a day for the rest of the month to meet my goal of 1400 minutes. That’s about my average!
