Bollywood heartthrob, Ranbir Kapoor, the talented son of veteran actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh has lent his voice for the promotional song of his film Barfi and with this song ‘Fatafati’, Ranbir steps into singing.
The charming actor with good looks is playing the role of a mute-deaf young man named Murphy, but everyone calls him Barfi! The film also stars Priyanka Chopra, Ileana D’Cruz, Saurabh Shukla and Rupa Ganguly.
The movie is directed and scripted by Anurag Basu and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapoor.
The video is released by UTV Motion Pictures and it starts with the making of the song, showing the production of the song with the entire crew, with funny anecdotes.
The music for the film is given by Pritam and the interesting part is that the lyrics for the song ‘Fatafati’ is multi-lingual.
Barfi will hit theatres on September 14th, 2012.
