I was little disappointed in this product because their makeup wipes are AMAZING!
This makeup remover couldn’t even take off mascara, so as you can imagine what it was like removing eyeshadows. As for any wax-based eyeliners, forget it!
It’s not bad, but it does take some time to remove makeup using this product with a cotton pad. Eventually you will get there; not suited for someone in a rush.
Also, it does state Gentle Eye Remover but I’ve found that if you apply the product on a cotton pad and use it straight on the eyes first, it WILL sting your eyes. It’s not so gentle, even when applied gently.
If you’re a makeup wipe user, best to stick to that.
