I've a short video for you here to demonstrate this chopper. It's so easy to use. All I had to do put the blade in its spot, fill the cup with large pieces of onions, place the lid, and finally pulled the wire as many times needed to get the consistency I wanted.
All the materials in this set are food-grade plastic and it does not look like it will chip. It is compact, durable, powerful and affordable.
