PRODUCT REVIEW: Go-To Exfoliating Swipeys

Hello everyone! Today I’m starting my five part series of the Go-To Skincare products, letting you all know of my experience and what I think of them.

PRODUCT REVIEW: Go-To Exfoliating Swipeys

I introduced you all to products on the day of the launch, but waited a little while so I could play around with the products and see what my thoughts were. I will do a review on each of the products each week, so stay tuned for it.

Some of the things I write might song repetitive, but I’ll try not to repeat myself too much.

Enjoy!

It’s a well known fact on this blog that I LOVE citrus scented skincare and this product just enforces that affection even more!

It has the most amazing lemon scent, which is really fresh and light. The individual pads themselves have a very fine film on one side of them, which is the exfoliating part and the other side is smooth.

Now, I like my exfoliation a little hard working and was a little skeptical on it’s performance just based on it’s appearance. Boy, was I wrong. These little suckers are awesome at removing dead skin, without making your face feel like it’s been stripped from it’s natural oils and leave it with that tight feeling some exfoliators do. My skin felt clean, fresh, new and ultra-smooth.

For the best results, remove makeup with a balm or makeup wipe, use these bad boys and cleanse (I used the Go-To Properly Clean cleanser).

My skin loves these wipes and you’ve got to try them out because I was surprised at how effective they were. Easily one of the best exfoliating product I’ve EVER used. [HOLY GRAIL STUFF!]

The only down point to it is the price point. It is pretty expensive for just wipes. But I can justify the cost with simple maths: it’s recommended to 1-2 times a week, no more than three. So, 50 pads per tub divide by the frequency of use recommended, you’ll be looking at just under 6 months worth of exfoliation sorted. So, 5-6 months for $50 doesn’t seem like much now, does it.
