Prevention is Key

Sums it up really. Although there are many positive attributes to the medical profession, they just don’t subscribe to the method of prevention.

It’s all about getting sick then masking the symptoms.

The aim for everyone should be to avoid illness at all costs, prevent it happening in the first place. Because our current system will not do that for you.

We’re the most medically advanced we’ve ever been yet we are sicker than ever! What is wrong with this picture?

Take responsibility for your own health. Don’t be scared to accept that what you thought you knew, or what you’ve always been told (or sold…) about certain foods is wrong. When people do this, they recover.  I see it in my clients every day.
