How does it feel to always live with smiles on your face? Is it actually possible?
It definitely is possible if we believe.
How do we believe? By constantly and consciously feeding our thoughts with the positives rather than the negatives.
Do you know what positive people are always thinking? I will tell you a few.
The best of their today in relative to the best of their tomorrow. They are individuals who sign up for call to actions than rather watch the actions.
I remember when I used to be a Naysayer but realized it was taking me nowhere and decided to take the part of saying Nay to only Negative thoughts and made it a habit of keeping only the positives, I am still a work in progress.
Rather than complain of what you see, replace the complaints with the amazing thoughts of what you want to see, in that sense you find yourself working towards the beauty of the future.
How then can we consciously stay positive:
-Be in the company of Optimist: Learn from them and speak like them.
The company of people we move with affect how we think and behave.
The beauty about Optimism is that it is learnable.
-Learn to look at life from the bright side: See every darkness as a pathway to the evolving light rather than seeing it as leading to total darkness.
See life as half a glass full rather than half a glass empty.
Believe the good of every situation.
- Speak the happy things everytime and anytime: Listen, even if people try to tell you off from what you believe keep speaking it.
One fact, as you speak it, it encourages you to work it.
How you think affects the turn your life takes.
So make conscious effort to gradually erase all forms of Negativity and pour in dozens and dozens of Positivity.
Positive thinking is a Lifestyle. Live it.
