Like Olive Oil, grapeseed oil has many benefits, but has been a well guarded secret.  It's actually more versatile for cooking because of its light taste and high smoke point, and has been a favorite secret of chefs for decades.  I have a few recipes in mind to start trying the grapeseed oil substitution!  How about a Beef-Stir Fry recipe?
