A recent study of 15000 Americans who consumed a predominantly plant based diet suggests that they have lower rates of chronic disease than those who ate mainly processed foods and a lot of meat and dairy.
This translates into fewer surgeries (including hysterectomies), and medications (aspirin, sleeping pills, tranquilisers, antacids, pain killers, blood pressure meds, laxatives and insulin).

That totally mirrors the changes I see in the clients I treat. Within a very short space of time, by creating the right environment in their bodies, they begin to heal. Or at least gain some relief if lasting damage has already been done. Times they are a-changing and I’m so excited to be part of this new wave right now
