However, the scarf as a shawl is totally a new love of mine! I was inspired by one of my classmates & she always looked so fabulous that I just had to try it. It's a different look, but it adds a different element to the outfit that you wouldn't necessarily pick up on otherwise. This way the scarf can still show, as well as the collar detailing and the necklace. Otherwise it would be hidden. I love winter brights and so many other gorgeous combinations. xoBCC
