You can't just layer any necklace. They have to compliment each other. For example I layered the pink J.Crew necklace with a clear crystal J.Crew necklace for effect. This way the crystal necklace picks up on the pink tones but doesn't over shadow the statement the pink one was meant to make. Today's outfit is a perfect example of casual chic. The checked shirt was comfortable, but paired with the blazer and a fun set of necklaces, it looks put together. Instead of pairing the checked top with leggings, a set of comfortable jeans is the way to go.
