Peru Avanza is a slogan that you've probably heard at one time or another and now Peru finally makes its own laptops (now if they could just make their own cars . . .). Advance Peru is taking technology a step further and allowing Peruvians to buy domestic laptops instead of importing them. Hopefully this will lower costs without sacrificing quality. Only time will tell.
