Perk Me up

Wow am I fatigued today. I felt great this morning. But by the time 10am rolled around I was done. I’m still trying to find a way to speed up time to about a million hours a minute so I can go home and crash.

It’s all part of neutralizing my blood sugars.

I have a little bit of a confession…


I ate my apple this morning with a packet of Justin’s Maple Almond Butter!!!

I didn’t want the bliss to end. I was walking around my office sucking that packet until I had the last little bit of butter.


I’m going to show you how Mexican food can be healthy!


I had a blackened shrimp tostada with black beans, lettuce, shrimp and salsa. Voila, healthy lunch.



I really should have asked for some guacamole that way I would have gotten some healthy fats… bummer! But it’s all good. It was muy tasty anyways.


A little after lunch perk-me-up!!! I’m so sluggish. 3pm can’t come soon enough.
