I picked it up a few J.Crew sample sales ago and haven't worn it but one other time. It has all of the structure of a detailed top but the simplicity of it still remains. Because of the 90 degree weather, I chose to give myself an updo. I didn't really know where I was going with it but LOVED the result (and will be sharing a tutorial soon!) Adding a bright lipstick when you are wearing a simple top can really add to the whole look. I loved the deeper red with the purple undertones with the white time. It not only accented my tan but brought more of a focus to my face/ hair which was the over all idea of the look. After I got home from classes, I was craving something fruity. I combined mango and pineapple juice for the perfect tangy concoction (pictured.) It was the perfect refresher that I needed! xo
