PAUL first opened in France in 1889, and is now a 125 year old family-owned bakery that has passed down its bread-baking “savoir faire” for five generations. The new PAUL is located at One Boston Place, and will be open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I sampled several of the pastries and baked goods at the opening, and they were delicious!

In addition to the bakery items, PAUL also offers French bistro style dishes including seared shortribs and turbot with puff pastry and lobster sauce. I hope to check them out for dinner sometime soon!
