So Harry’s been beating the carp out of me (yes, carp). In a 20 min span this morning I was kicked, hit, headbutted and my right nipple was seriously disfigured. I will admit I did not handle it with calm and grace. I was yelling and told him more than a few times that he was being naughty/fresh. He laughed (big shocker, right?).
So, presently in my Amazon cart is the book “Hands Are Not For Hitting" for Harry, but I need some help, too. I can’t bring myself to buy anything with a title along the lines of “raising your spirited/strong-willed/batshit cray child".
Has anyone tried “Happiest Toddler On the Block"? What books have you found are worth it to help your parenting?
