Pale Pink Lilies – Arvandrud and Tabledance

By Pattyhankins @PattyHankins

I don’t know about the weather where you are – but we’re in the middle of a stretch of gray days with predictions of snow here in the DC area – which means I’m dreaming of summer and seeing lilies blooming in the local gardens once again. Here are a few photos of pale pink lilies to brighten your day and remind you that warmer weather is on it’s way.

Arvandrud lilies are a wonderful Oriental lily that can grow to almost 60″ tall with blossoms that are 10″ across. They are spectacular when planted in a large grouping in a garden

Table dance lilies are a hybrid lily that grows to 45″ tall with large pink flowers.

Somehow a group of pink lilies always brightens my day – hope they brightened your day as well.
