Sabang houses one of the best beaches in Palawan. Most tourists who are waiting for their turn for the Underground River Tour, can be seen dining at one of the eat-all-you-can eatery along the shore, or stroll down the beach.
We had an entire day to spend at Sabang. After exploring the mangroves on our Mangrove Paddle Boat Tour, we decided to walk back to the resort by hiking via Sabang beach. In that way we could explore the beach and marvel at its beauty.
One of my favorite part of Sabang beach is this rock formation. Every time the waves splash to the rocks, I feel like I'm in another part of the world. I was amazed that a beauty like this exist here in the Philippines. We are so lucky to have this.
As we walk our way to the resort, we passed by these turtle nest. I'm glad that the resort that these nests are located, had made some effort to protect the eggs. By now, these eggs have hatched and turn into turtles. I wonder how big they are today.
A few hours on this hammock and a good book on hand would have been great. But we don't have enough time. We still had to explore Sabang Waterfalls. So a few snap shot is all we can get.
If you have an extra peso, you can have a photo with this cute bearcat. Makes me realize there's no more free in this world. I didn't have any extra money, so I just stole a shot. :D
