Horse Power is a sheer neon pink jelly. I decided to apply this one on its own. It's a lovely pink, even brighter in person. It's nice and bright for summer.These are really great polishes for summer. I like that there is a range of fun glitters and simple polishes, but they're all bright and fun. I personally love Horse Power and Junk in the Trunk.
