Attention Beauty Lovers and my Everything and Nothin’ family! I wanted to share some products that can help with your aches and pains. I have a stubborn back that likes to hurt every now and then. Work kills me some days and it is especially painful when it is close to my time of the month. Salonpas was so generous and sent me most of their line of pain relieving products. They recently launched a new Pain Relieving Patch and sent me theses patches to try as well as a bunch of other products. I have tried the patches and one other item. I would love to share my thoughts with you and hopefully help relieve a little of your pain too. I will also list the other products that are available. Keep your eye out because once I try them, you may see them in a favorites post. Well let’s get to the products!

A welcome alternative for pain sufferers including those who prefer to avoid the use of oral OTC pain relief medication labeled for only minor aches and pains. Unlike an oral medication, the active ingredients in SALONPAS® is absorbed through the skin and go directly to the pain site.
SALONPAS® provides fast & long lasting relief directly at the site of pain without going through the digestive system.
Directions for use
- Clean Clean and dry affected area.
- Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch.
- Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief.
- As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the pain area.
- Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily for 7 days.
- Remove patch from the skin after at most 8 hour’s application.

When using this product:

-Do not bandage tightly
Stop use and ask a doctor if:

My Thoughts:
I really loved these patches. They have a cooling sensation and I love the scent of them. They smell like a wintergreen mint and I love it. I really did notice they helped my back a lot. I was able to move more freely without pain. I like that the patches are small so you can place them exactly where you need them. You can stick them on the exact site of pain. You can use just one or many depending on how large of area you need to cover. The only negative I have is they don’t stick as well as I would like them too. I did notice that if I bend they start to come off. I would prefer the spray for work. However, I do enjoy these patches for at home use when I am not moving as much. Overall, I really do like these patches and will continue to use them.

-Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
-Remove patch from the skin after at most 8 hours’ application.
My Thoughts:
I also really enjoyed these patches. I recommend them for at home use because they get hot and again I wish they stuck a little better. However, they really did help relieve my back pain. The patch is much larger so I found it was great for lower back pain. It does heat up, but the heat is not an uncomfortable heat. I have tried patches that get way too hot and I like that these don’t. Overall, I enjoyed these patches and will continue to use them.
