CEO Jolla , Jussi Hurmola, known to announce a new claim about the OS through interviews with Finnish site, 3T. said that maybe Jolla will run Android applications, Qt, HTML5 and through the help of ACL (application compatibility layer). ACL is OpenMobile product that will eliminate the boundaries between applications which ultimately enables any device to run all three applications. Ecosystem application is believed to be able to attract users and compete with Apple's iPhone or Android device itself. It also said that the platform will allow multitasking capabilities as a whole, which means users do not have to open and close applications. It is also visible on the phone UI that will provide important information about the application.
