Ornate Vs Clean Lines

What's your style -- ornate or clean lines? I like to mix both. Here's a small snapshot of decor from my own home. In my opinion, ornate decor is not opulent when done well in smaller doses. Similarly, modern clean lines when overdone can make the room dull after a while. Colors, textures and designs play important roles in interior design.
