I have a gorgeous scattered holo to share with you today! Pictures of Miss Conduct were going around Instagram when it was released for Orly's Holiday collection and I just couldn't resist getting one of my own.
Miss Conduct is a red scattered holo with a great formula! It applied like butter and was opaque in two coats. It also dried very quickly. I used Orly Nail Defense as a base, two coats of Miss Conduct, and Seche Vite Fast Dry Too Coat.

This is such a pretty polish!! I definitely see myself wearing this over and over again.
