Today, I have an oldie, but a goodie from OPI to share with you. Pepe's Purple Passion is from the 2011 Muppets collection. It's more of a plum than a purple and it has glass flecks in it. The formula of this one is okay. It's slightly patchy upon application, but it was opaque in two coats. Here I used two coats with no top coat.

The flecks in this polish is what really makes me love it! Typically, this type of shade falls flat against my skin tone, but the glass flecks add a lovely touch.What do you guys think of Pepe's Purple Passion? Did you ever pick this one up?
