OPI - Japanese Rose Garden

By Marijonails @marijonails
Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!
For this Pink Wednesday, I decided to try out OPI Japanese Rose Garden, a polish that I wanted for a really long time, finally got, but was sitting in my untrieds forever.  Japanese Rose Garden is a rose pink with a subtle shimmer.  It's opaque in two coats and has a very slight frost finish.  I decided to use OPI Excuse Moi as an accent on my pinky.

I wanted a little more shimmer for this mani, so I grabbed my Max Factor Fantasy Fire, a great shimmer top coat, and added one coat over Japanese Rose Garden.  They make a really pretty combo!

I wanted to include some nail art, so I then did a subtle stamping look with a new stamping plate that I got from Born Pretty Store, BP-13.  I used Sinful Colors Pink Forever for the design.

I really like how this mani turned out, though the stamping turned out to be much more subtle than the look I was going for.  What do you guys think?
