I Have A Herring Problem is a dusty pale blue with small glass flecks, though it looks more gray here. It's a really great polish and applies really well. For my accent nail, I added Nerd Lacquer Holiday Icicle. It has a sheer light blue base with silver and blue glitter. I topped this mani off with Seche Vite.
