Septum rings are a must have accessory right now, and there are plenty to choose from on this website!I've worn mine a fair few times now and the metal has oxidized (gone black) where its touched my skin. I'm not sure if its the same for everyone, but just a word of advice. It can't be seen though because that section is in your nose.
