LOVE neons for this summer! I made these shorts myself out of a pair of leggings I had, and I decided to pair them with this neon green shirt that says "Been There Done That" :) I matched some neon green details to it, like the earrings and the neon liner on my eyes. If I would have applied the green liner by itself, it wouldn't be as noticeable, so I lined my eyes with a black liner first, and then applied the green one on top :) And in case you where wondering, it's not a real liner, it's actually a neon green eyeshadow (from the Sleek Makeup Acid palette), applied with a wet eyeliner brush :)Shirt: Streetwear Society
